Mandatory Maintenance Medications
Mandatory maintenance medications are medications taken regularly to maintain your health, including treatment for high blood pressure, asthma, diabetes, and additional medical conditions.
After a one-time 34-day fill at any retail pharmacy, you are required to transition your maintenance medication(s) to Costco Mail Order Pharmacy, where you can fill up to a 90-day supply.
