Receptionist/Administrative Support
Reports To: Administrator
Job Summary
The front desk receptionist should be professional and oversee all receptionist duties at the main office entrance desk. The central goal is to provide our members with outstanding customer service in a professional setting. The receptionist is expected to perform various duties, including answering phones, assisting members, opening and distributing mail, and scanning documents. The receptionist should have a talent for multitasking, along with excellent communication and organization skills. To apply, please submit resumes to denniec@959trusts.com.
Essential Functions
- Greet members, retirees, and guests and direct them to the appropriate Trust representative and/or office
- Answer front desk calls and redirect caller to the appropriate Trust representative
- Accept all mail and packages, date stamp, and distribute to the appropriate Trust representative or office
- Process return mail by recording it the appropriate ID file
- Add postage to the postage machine as needed
- Order and maintain office supplies as needed
- Order lunch and prepare boardroom for the quarterly Board of Trustees meetings
- Scan and file PDF documents
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- High School diploma or higher
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Proficient understanding of office administration
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational abilities
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to operate scanners, copiers, fax machines and printers
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Wage & Benefits: $25.00/hr & benefits
May be asked to work in other areas of the ESC, as needed. Under ERISA, the ESC cannot hire felons. Background checks will be conducted on all employees.
